Webbox unveils #DogsDinner Christmas campaign

UK pet food brand Webbox has pledged to offer hundreds of dogs a special Christmas treat. As part of its new festive campaign, animal-loving members of the British public have been asked to name their favourite dog shelters via Twitter and Facebook, using the #DogsDinner hashtag.

The manufacturer will deliver up to 1,000 free meals from its Natural Festive Dinner Tray range to shelters across the UK by the 25th December.

Julie Butcher, head of marketing at Webbox, said: “Throughout November, we’re asking the nation to nominate dog shelters that they feel deserve to win these tasty festive dishes for their residents.

“Christmas is the perfect time of year to give something back to those less fortunate, and this year we want to help homeless dogs across the country.”

To nominate an animal shelter, tweet @WebboxPetFood or visit the Facebook page. Reveal the name of your chosen charity and the reasons they deserve to win, using the #DogsDinner.

Webbox will select a number of the best entries after the competition closes at midnight on November 30.
