Canny Company training day a resounding success

The first Canny Company training day took place at Jollyes pet superstores in June to promote the Canny Collar.

The Jollyes training day was the first in a series of event days organised in conjunction with the Canny Company and dog training organisation Bark Busters.

Bark Bustersโ€™ dog behavioural therapist Liz Johnson said that the event was about โ€œdeveloping a positive association with the Canny Collar, and many owners were delighted with the results. Along with the Canny Collar I was also able to advise on leads, muzzles and crates, so the store sold a few extra of these also. I did basic demonstrations on lead work with the Canny Collar so that owners could see the best way to handle their dogs and to show how much easier it is to get them to walk to heel.โ€

Jollyes store manager Tim Bennett said: โ€œLiz from Bark Busters was professional and informative, and the feedback from customers was excellent. Sales were up on the day, not only on Canny Collars but on other products too, which was fantastic. I thought the day was a resounding success and would love to hold another one in a few monthsโ€™ time.โ€

Another 20 event dates have been organised at Jollyes stores around the UK where advice on behavioural problems and Canny Collars will be given.
