Dogs Trust has partnered with Heritage footwear brand Hush Puppies to support canine welfare.

With the Basset Hound at the heart of Hush Puppies, the new partnership will support the charity to continue its vital work, with the brand donating 10p per pair of school shoes sold online or in store as part of their back-to-school campaign.

In 2023, Dogs Trust cared for 13,374 dogs and found homes for 10,588 of them.

Owen Sharp, chief executive officer at Dogs Trust, said: “From rehabilitation to rehoming, we’re here to make life better for dogs in need. We believe that every dog that comes through our doors deserves to find a loving new home.

“Partnering with Hush Puppies on their back-to-school campaign this year will make a great difference to the level of support we’re able to give our dogs and their owners. Every penny donated will help us ensure we can continue to give dogs in our care everything they need until they find their forever homes.”
