The product, which is made up of six ingredients, including brown rice flour, organic eggs, olive oil, pineapple stem, banana and vegetable gelatine, initially won the ‘New Product Award’ for ‘Dog Treats and Products’ at PATS.
It has since also won the ‘Best in Show’ award as voted for by readers of Pet Business World.
The chew is available as part of the Earth Animal ‘No-Hide range’, which offers a “healthy, hand-rolled alternative to rawhide”.
The product first came to the market this October and has prices ranging from £3.99 to £7.99.
