The new AVM-GSL status, allows the product to be sold on the shelves instead of being a behind the counter product sold at stores with SQP status, Beaphar were the first manufacturer to make a combination flea treatment available for all retailers to sell in this way.
The FIPROtec combo, containing fipronil, which kills adult fleas, and the Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) S-methoprene. S-methoprene interrupts the flea lifecycle, preventing flea eggs and flea larvae from developing.
Alongside in-store activity, Beaphar will also be increasing awareness and education around fleas online. Throughout the flea season, blogs and flea facts will be shared across their social media platforms.
