Designed around four core contact points; first contact, diary entry, arrival and waiting and finish and follow up stages, the roadshow will see experts from BVRA visit six locations across the UK this year.

A crucial element of all customers’ experience, reception staff come across a variety of daily challenges, including dealing with upset clients. Their positive attitude, organisational and listening skills are imperative to running a successful practice.
“As Global Partners of the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic initiative, receptionists attending the Royal Canin Receptionist Roadshow’s will also benefit from expert advice on how best to specifically cater for feline clients.”
The Royal Canin Receptionist Roadshow begins on 3 May in Glasgow. It will then be in Basingstoke on 7June, Chatham on 18 July, Daventry on 13 September, Barnsley on 18 October with one final location to be confirmed.
