The business will serve the canine and small animal market, and will continue to offer the Autarky, Chudleys, Gusto and Trophy Pet Foods brands along with servicing customers with its private label offering.
The business had sales in excess of £22m in the last year, and is now looking to expand within the sector. The brands will continue to be produced from its manufacturing and operational base in Islip, Northamptonshire.
