Bugalugs secures Just for Pets listing

Pet grooming brand Bugalugs has secured its first major listing at Just for Pets.

Following the move, the brand will be stocked across all 18 Just for Pets stores across the UK, as well as online under the ‘Best of British’ pledge. In addition, listings at new Just for Pets stores are also reportedly under consideration.

Created in a family-run factory in Cumbria, all Bugalugs products are tested on humans not animals and are suitable for vegans. They are said to be “packed full” of natural ingredients, including aloe vera and oatmeal.

Claire Raybould, a buyer at Just for Pets, said: “Premium, quality brands made in Britain are exactly what we’re looking for. Brands like bugalugs are the reason we launched the Best of British pledge earlier this year to help support and launch smaller pet brands across our stores, whilst supporting our suppliers wherever possible.

“The brand instantly stood out at PATS with bright, colourful packaging. the products smell amazing, and the bigger bottles offer customers great value, we’re looking forward to even more Bugalugs innovation to come.”

Lee Dobinson, managing director at Bugalugs added: “This year was our first-time attending PATS Telford, and the support has been overwhelming, we are quickly becoming the UK’s fastest selling dog care range and look forward to hearing from more specialist pet retailers.
