Meatiful, a gourmet dog food brand, has launched its first “grain free” sausage – adding to its range of dog food offerings.

The product is made with 80% fresh meat, vitamins and minerals, and are hypoallergenic to help keep dogs “healthy”.

The new grain free sausage is available in ‘Farm-Reared Grain Free Turkey’ with chickpea and green beans and comes in two different pack sizes, 320g and 720g.

Michael Haigh, brand manager at Meatiful, said: “The Lancashire made and vet approved Meatiful sausages, offer a great option for pet parents. They are a perfect puppy friendly and convenient sausage that can be stored at room temperature.

“The gentle cooking process locks in heaps of nutrients while maintaining the natural, high-quality goodness a dog needs. The launch of the grain free sausage is a fantastic addition to the range, as it allows us to diversify into key market sectors.”

He added: “We have seen continued success for the brand after its recent launch into Sainsbury’s stores and there’s more to come for 2021.”

Meatiful complete sausages are produced in Lancashire, England using “prime meat cuts” to create “high quality single sourced protein foods”.
