Pet food manufacturer Pets Choice Limited has announced its acquisition of pet brand, Tasty Bone. Tasty Bone manufactures nylon and rubber chew and play toys.
The acquisition took place on 3rd March 2016 after founder and managing director, Ken Seymour, made the decision to retire and search for a suitable buyer.
Tony Raeburn, CEO of Pets Choice commented; “This is an exciting time for Pets Choice and we are excited to be adding such a fantastic brand to our portfolio. Tasty Bone has a great catalogue of products and we can’t wait to start the new venture.”
He continued; “While we will see some small changes with the move of staff into Pets Choice headquarters, overall things will be very much business as usual for both Pets Choice and Tasty Bone.
Ken commented; “I am delighted with the recent acquisition by Pets Choice and think that Tony and the team are the perfect fit to further expand the Tasty Bone brand, taking it to the next level. I am looking forward to enjoying my retirement with the knowledge that Tasty Bone is in good hands!”
