Forthglade’s ‘Great Dog Walking Challenge’ has been awarded the Silver award in Petquip’s ‘Marketing Project of the year’ category.
The campaign focused on two national news stories highlighting how UK dog walking was in decline and was supported by content aiming to “inspire and encourage” dog walkers to spend more time outdoors with their dogs.
Forthglade’s joint MD Gerard Lovell was joined on stage to collect the award by fellow director Patrick Horton, who led the marketing initiative, and team members from Forthglade’s marketing and trade sales team.
Lovell said: “It’s been a wonderful night where the hard work of many deserving brands has been recognised and it’s also been a wonderful opportunity to meet others in this exciting fast-paced sector.
“Forthglade’s Great Dog Walking Challenge proved a wonderful way to raise awareness on such an important issue and the team are thrilled with the campaign’s success.”
