Outward Hound has announced the launch of its new website and mobile shopping experience.
According to the retailer, the website offers a more “user-friendly” experience with “improved” navigation and functionality for both desktop and mobile.
Outward Hound has said the new site features “educational and social” content for consumers, with social commerce also set to be integrated allowing products to be purchased via social-media platforms.
The retailer has also said the website includes its most recent product line – best friends by Sheri pet beds, alongside “signature” products such as Nina Ottosson by Outward Hound dog puzzles and dog treats by Wholesome Pride.
Michael Black, CEO, said: “Our goal was to provide pet parents and our wholesale customers an easier and more efficient way of learning about, locating, and purchasing our products online. This project has been months if not years in the making, and I’m proud of the team for all of the hard work it took to get this launched.”
An upgraded web experience for the Outward Hound blog is also set to debut later this year.
