Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home has partnered with Pets at Home’s Pentland store in 2019, raising £9,954.78 over the year.

Pets at Home ran its annual Support Adoption for Pets fundraising drives twice a year and 50% of the money raised in the Pentland branch was generously donated to Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home, alongside all funds raised from our own stall.

Local volunteers held a stall once a month from April to November, as well as holding a weekly stall during December.

Lauren Walker, community fundraiser at Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home, said: “We are so grateful for the opportunity to fundraise at Pets at Home Pentland, and cannot put into words how much the money raised will help the dogs and cats in our care.

“It is a brilliant platform to shout about and work, as well as helping us raise important funds to rescue, reunite ad rehome hundreds of animals that come through our doors every year.”
