Pet care provider MyWaggyTails has launched a multi-entry pet care franchise, designed to care for the nation’s nine million pet dogs.

MyWaggyTails offers three dog-care franchises options. The Dog Walking franchise including pet sitting and home visits, is the lowest commitment at £1,999 followed by the Home Boarding franchise, priced at £4,999. The Doggy Day-Care package takes pet care to a grander scale building a business from rural land or a sub-urban, industrial unit. With a buy-in price of £9,999, this extended services franchise offer cover everything from play, exercise, interactive games, training, agility and more through to grooming and spa treatments.

After the initial investment, a flat subscription fee or percentage charge kicks in from month seven, according to the franchise choice.

MyWaggyTails franchise provides comprehensive business and marketing support to help individuals plan, launch, grow and profit from their new venture. It assists franchisees through the initial planning, the legal obligations such as licensing and insurance, as well as training in canine first aid, behaviour and welfare.

It also prepares the individual on the key aspects of running a dog business from documentation to payment, along with marketing essentials such as website designs, promotional literature and social media. Training and development are also offered on an on-going basis once the franchise has launched.

Randle Stonier, founder of MyWaggyTails, said: “Propelled by the success of my sister Mitch’s business, MyWaggyTails offers a dog-focussed ‘business in a box’, with three, affordable fixed price options to choose from, with three levels of service to help would-be pet entrepreneurs choose what works for them and their finances.

“Our franchise options enable individuals to get their business going quickly, with the aid of the MyWaggyTails brand, expertise, training blueprint, marketing skills, operational know-how and processes. We minimise the risk of failure and increases the chances of success. We are excited to introduce our competitively-priced, dog franchise portfolio to both the pet and franchise sector.”
