WellPaws has secured distribution across the UK, along with other overseas markets, through a partnership with Vital Pet Group.
The pet wellness brand, which was founded by former football player Neil Yadolahi last year, will see its supplements get sold in several hundred independent retail and veterinary outlets.
The brand officially entered the market in April 2025 with a range of syrups and chewables for cats and dogs.
According to company figures, 70% of its direct-to-consumer customers have moved to a subscription model within the first 12 months.
The business also intends to enter the Republic of Ireland, USA, Spain, and Turkey within the next six months. It is also in negotiations to begin exporting to China, Australia, and France.
WellPaws is exhibiting at the Interzoo trade fair this May, with the aim to gain more international distribution partners.
The expansion follows the development of a manufacturing and supply chain footprint across Europe, and revealed it developed its liquid supplement format to replace traditional tablets.
Yadolahi said: “The early success of subscription has given us a solid base. Our focus now is on expanding distribution, strengthening our retail partnerships, and accelerating our international rollout over the coming year.”
