Pet nutrition company Omni has recorded £11m in annual recurring revenue (ARR) as of January 2026, marking a 200% sales increase since its February 2025 television appearance.

The firm, co-founded by veterinarian Guy Sandelowsky and former finance executive Shiv Sivakumar, recorded £8.4m in total sales for 2025, up from £2.7m in 2024.

The company’s growth is driven by a plant-based product range designed to address canine allergies and digestive health.

The group also reported that its customer base has exceeded 100,000 since its national media debut.

In January 2026, the brand announced a partnership with naturalist Chris Packham to document the health effects of a 90-day plant-based diet for pets.

Omni’s current portfolio includes its Sensitivity food recipe, dental sticks, and a recently launched supplement line for stress and anxiety.

The company claims its yeast, algae, and pulse-based recipes produce 73% fewer CO2  emissions than standard meat-based alternatives.

Omni was recently included in the Startups 100 Index for 2025 and plans to expand its functional supplement and dental care categories throughout the coming year.

Sandelowsky said: “Skin conditions, gut issues and obesity are rising in dogs, yet many products on the market fail to address the root cause. Omni delivers nutritionally complete, hypoallergenic food that supports health from the inside out, while being kinder to the planet. We’re not just treating symptoms, we’re changing pet nutrition.”

Sivakumar added: “Traditional diets were worsening my dog’s health, and I knew there had to be a better solution. Omni is about transforming everyday feeding into long-term health, for pets and the planet.”

Packham concluded: “This is an opportunity to explore how thoughtful nutrition can transform both pet health and planetary impact.”
