It is with sadness that the family announces Robert Lee died suddenly on Tuesday 17 July 2018, aged 77.

Retired managing director of Henry Bell & Co (Grantham) Limited, Lee was innovative in the evolution of the company from grain traders to the pet and wild bird food manufactures they are today.

Pet Industry Federation (PIF) chairman, Nigel Baker told Pet Gazette, Lee was “instrumental” in the development of his company.

A Thanksgiving Service will take place at St Mary’s Church Bottesford NG13 0DA on Thursday 9th August at 2.30pm. The family requests flowers only, donations if desired should be made in aid of Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, c/o William Roberts & Sons, Deon Lane, Bottesford, Notts ,NG13 0BZ.
