Urban Pup has announced the launch of a new range of football shirts and accessories for football fan’s pets, endorsed by the Scotland FA.
The range includes a retro-styled dog football shirt, harness and collar and lead set in the team colours of Scotland, and the shirt is able to be personalised with the dog’s name and any number of your choice.
The range is based on the 1967 shirt worn by Baxter, Law, Bremner and the rest of the team when they defeated the then world champions England at Wembley 3-2.
Urban Pup is known for manufacturing “stylish” clothes for pets, and Denis Kelly, the company’s managing director, said he is excited by the tie-up with the Scotland FA.
He explained: “When we were first approached by the Scotland FA to design a range of dog football shirts and accessories it was definitely one of those ‘wow’ moments.With Scotland having qualified for EURO 2020 it was very exciting to be involved with the team and to be able to create something that was, shall we say, a little bit different from the norm.
