Quirky bird food brand Peckish is set to re-run its TV advertising campaign during January featuring the voice of British comedian Matt Lucas.
Airing on ITV, Channel 5 and Sky, the advert shows two computer generated animated birds queuing with hundreds of other birds, eager to sample the Peckish Complete 5 in 1 bird feed mix.
The re-airing of the advert is something which Westland’s senior brand manager Rachael Dickinson felt was a must, having been received so well last year.
“We are delighted to be putting the Peckish advert on television again. We had such a great response from consumers when it was aired early last year.
“The characters became a huge hit and we saw a surge in Peckish products flying off the shelves, which the birds certainly took to when it was put into gardens across the country.”
The mix contains a variety of seeds and grains which attract up to 16 species of garden birds and also contains the unique Calvita supplement ensuring birds receives the correct nutrients and vitamins to remain healthy and full of life.
