Former president of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Jack Brain Walsby HonFRCVS passed away on 25 August.
Mr Walsby was a member of the RCVS Council for sixteen years between 1983 and 1999 and served as president from 1991 to 1992.
RCVS president Jacqui Molyneux said: “He was also a longstanding supporter of the RCVS Trust, making regular and generous contributions to its Library. It is with great sadness that we have learned of his death. Our thoughts remain with his friends and his family.”
