Natures Menu has won a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2019, an independent “seal of excellence” which aims to recognise businesses that “go above and beyond for delivering outstanding customer service”.
The Trusted Service Award is awarded to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights from verified customers. The accreditation is unique as it is based purely on interactions with customers. Natures Menu collected 2,939 five-star reviews between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2018, achieving a Feefo service rating of almost five out of five from customers.
