Voff Premium Pet Food acquires Nova Dog Chews

Voff Premium Pet Food (Voff), a European provider of natural premium pet food, has acquired Nova Dog Chews, a European manufacturer of natural chews, treats and snacks with bases in the UK and France.

Through the acquisition, Voff further broadens its portfolio of natural premium pet food brands and strengthens its position in the UK as well as the broader European market.

The acquisition of Nova marks the next step for Voff on its journey, and it marks the eighth acquisition Voff has completed since launching in 2014, and the second in the UK.

Voff said that Nova complements its existing portfolio of brands and products with its products sold under multiple brands across Europe.
