Dog food manufacturer, Forthglade, has joined the Pet Food Manufacturers’ Association (PFMA).
The appointment of Forthglade, brings the total membership to 85 companies, which accounts for over 90% of the market.
Forthglade has been producing dog food since 1971 and includes ranges of wet and dry dog food alongside treats.
Commenting on the appointment, joint managing director of Forthglade, Gerard Lovell said: “Joining PFMA was an obvious move for us as it provides a valuable and respected network of industry colleagues, sharing best practice and knowledge. As Forthglade continues to grow, we are looking forward to becoming more involved with PFMA.”
Michael Bellingham, PFMA chief executive, added: “We welcome Forthglade on board and look forward to working together.”
