Scrumbles release charity Advent Calendars for cats and dogs

Pet food manufacturer, Scrumbles, has launched its first advent calendar for cats and dogs. 

Partnering with animal charities, “All Dogs Matter” and “Wood Green,” 50p from each advent calendar will be donated to support the animal charities work in rescuing and rehoming cats and dogs.  

Co-founder of Scrumbles said: “We love to treat our cats and dogs and Christmas is no different. We keen to create something extra special, that was tasty, healthy and could bring joy to other cats and dogs.”

She adds: “We’re delighted to help raise awareness and funds to support the amazing work All Dogs Matter and Wood Green do during the festive season.”

The advent calendar, retailed at £8, contains mini versions of Scrumbles “guilt-free treats.” Each treat includes which include ingredients like lemon balm and chamomile, or “those to support dental health.”

Laura Hedges from the charity, All Dogs Matter said: “As a rescue centre was sadly see a rise in unwanted and abandoned dogs during the festive season. This generous donation by Scrumbles through their fab advent calendar will help us find loving homes for more dogs in need this time.”
