Company of Animals was granted a visit from HRH The Duke of Kent KG to present the business with its “prestigious” Queens Award for Enterprise.

The company was originally granted the award in 2018 for its success in international trade. The business has now received the award, which will be on display at the company headquarters in Chertsey, Surrey.

Prince Edward was given a tour of the company premises, including a working farm, equine facility and renowned Animal Behaviour Centre.

The company was founded in 1979, and specialises in dog training, offers behaviour consultations on veterinary referral, and helps resolve legal issues about pets, in and out of court.

Founder of Company of Animals, Dr Roger Mugford, said: “We are extremely proud of what Company of Animals continues to achieve, which was recognised when we received the Queen’s Award back in 2018.

“It was an immense honour to welcome HRH The Duke of Kent for a Royal Visit at the company’s home.”
