Pet food manufacturer Earth Animal has signed an exclusive UK distribution deal with pet wholesalers Pedigree Wholesale.
The deal starts with its No-Hide range, a hand-rolled rawhide alternative range, available in four different sizes for all dog breeds in three flavours, beef and chicken and salmon, with more flavours including Venison and Peanut Butter to come in the future.
Steve Brown, MD at Pedigree Wholesale, said, “Consumers are becoming more and more conscious about their pet’s health and well-being. These chews are wholesome and nutritious, last longer than any other rawhide alternative I’ve seen and have been independently tested to show up to 86% digestibility in 8 hours.”
Sam Noble, head of International at Earth Animal, added: “No-Hide Wholesome Chews are hand-rolled from six simple, natural ingredients and one flavour-bursting protein.
“Our sales in America have seen huge increases year on year including 60% growth in 2018 and we’re delighted to now be able to offer our healthy, hand-rolled and heavenly chews to UK specialist pet retailers, pet parents and their dogs.”
Earth Animal will launch in the UK at PATS Telford on 22 September with introductory offers for both the retailer and their customers.
