The Paws Lab has released a new range of pet tear stain wipes featuring SilverTi+ technology.
The London-based company designed the product to remove discharge and oxidised staining from the ocular area of dogs and cats.
The wipes use a combination of nano silver and titanium dioxide, which provide antibacterial and antifungal properties.
The formula also includes deionised water, aloe extract, and vitamin E. The product is alcohol-free and intended for daily use on sensitive skin areas.
The wipes target porphyrins in tears, which cause red or brown staining when exposed to air. The company stated that routine cleaning allows owners to monitor pets for abnormal discharge or cloudiness that may require veterinary attention.
