Medivet has appointed four senior directors as part of its restructuring plan to expand local co-ownership across its UK network.

Emily Parr, Graeme Cramb, Tine McGuance and Sue Gorman, will take up the newly created role of network director after joining from competitor CVS. Each will report directly to CEO Ben Jacklin

The posts form part of Medivet’s shift toward granting clinics greater operational autonomy and supporting partners and lead vets in day-to-day management. Among the key developments is a target for all clinics to be locally owned by 2027.

The group has also confirmed it will remove the system of allocated operating charges and invest in strengthening the Medivet brand as part of its long-term partnership strategy.

Jacklin said: “It is wonderful to be welcoming such talented leaders to Medivet at this exciting time in our history, as we become the home of true partnership in the veterinary profession.

“Emily, Sue, Graeme and Tine have years of leadership experience in our sector and share my vision of creating a veterinary company with an unrivalled reputation with both clinicians and clients. They, like me, are looking forward to welcoming colleagues old and new into Medivet and particularly giving vets the opportunity to own their own practices without a financial barrier.”
