Pet supplies distributor Pedigree Wholesale has expanded its Nobblys Animal Dental Dog Chew range with a new blueberry-flavoured chew in the shape of a bear.
The launch adds to the existing range of animal-shaped chews, which includes the Hippo (pumpkin), Lion (banana) and Unicorn (strawberry) variants. The new Blueberry Bear is designed to combine dental care benefits with a novel, fruit-themed design.
Like the rest of the Nobblys range, the product is vegetarian, gluten-free and features the brand’s distinctive textured “nobbles”, intended to help dogs grip the chew while reducing plaque and tartar build-up. The chews also include Vitamin E and Brewer’s Yeast, a source of B vitamins.
Pedigree Wholesale said the product is aimed at promoting both oral health and enrichment by keeping dogs occupied. The company added that the wider Nobblys range includes its Original and Tough Brush designs, available in peanut butter and mint flavours across small, medium and large sizes.
The animal-shaped chews, including the new Blueberry Bear, are produced in a standard size and will be available through the specialist pet trade from Pedigree Wholesale, with a retail price starting at £1.69.
The range is presented in colour-coordinated display cases with individual hang tags for flexible merchandising. Pedigree Wholesale said a new floor-standing display unit will also be introduced to support in-store promotion.
