Pet health brand Pooch and Mutt has launched an at-home gut health testing service and tailored supplement plans for dogs.
The company said the test, developed by canine microbiome analysis specialist BIOME9, uses research and artificial intelligence to examine dogs’ gut microbiomes and identify imbalances. It is available online for £69.99.
Following the test, customers can buy from a new range of supplements designed to address issues such as joint health, immunity and digestion. Products are sold individually or as part of a subscription service, with prices starting at £18.99.
Paul Dennison, chief executive of Pooch and Mutt, said: “Improving the lives of pets has always been the focus here at Pooch and Mutt, and the launch of our Gut Health Test takes this commitment to the next level.”
