Jollyes reports record Christmas sales

Jollyes’ busiest day was Friday 23 December when it served 38,000 customers in store, equivalent to one sale every 75 seconds

Pet retailer Jollyes has reported record sales for the four weeks up to 31 December 2022, with sales up 31% compared with last year.

The company stated that the sales were driven by higher demand at existing stores, new store openings and online.

Following the company’s new acquisitions and openings Jollyes now has 84 stores helping drive sales. Even discounting sales in new stores like for like revenues were up 19%. Transactions also grew by 9.6%.
