Percuro Pet Food has announced the appointment of veterinary surgeon Dr Scott Miller as its new brand ambassador.
Dr Miller is perhaps best known as the veterinary resident of the ITV daytime programme, ‘This Morning’, He currently gives veterinary advice and tips to viewers during his regular appearances on the daytime show.
Dr Miller graduated from Queensland University Veterinary School and has since gained over 23 years of clinical experience. He also makes appearances on other national and international television channels including BBC, Sky, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
His own TV series, ‘Vet on the Hill’, was watched by viewers in 30 countries and was dubbed in seven different languages. He has also published a book titled Puppy Parenting, a guide to pet owners during the first six months of a puppy’s life.
Percuro CEO, Brett Vye, said: “We are honoured and delighted to welcome Dr Scott Miller on board the Percuro team as the first ever celebrity veterinary surgeon to validate a planet friendly insect-based pet food range.”
The group added that Dr Miller will be “instrumental in directing Percuro’s initiatives” to raise further awareness on the benefits of insect protein food.
