Luxury dog bedding designers Charley Chau has announced a new partnership deal with this year’s Dogstival.

Dogstival will be Charley Chau’s first event since the start of the pandemic and is the brand’s first ever dog festival partnership.

The partnership features two hero activations – the ‘Face of Dogstival’ and ‘The BIG Bliss Bolster Bed’ visitor experience. The Face of Dogstival will see a social photo competition take place ahead of Dogstival, to search for the ‘official show programme cover star’, with the winning pet also receiving a luxe Charley Chau Bliss Bolster Bed as part of their prize.

Charley Chau will also unveil The BIG Bliss Bolster Bed, which will see the brand’s latest dog bed design supersized to be bigger than a king-size bed for humans.

Dogstival’s celebrity vet Dr Scott Miller will also host a Q&A session, twice daily, from The BIG Bliss Bolster Bed.

Charley Chau co-founder Christine Chau said: “After more than a year cooped up in our office, we’re thrilled to be able to catch up with our customers and other friends again in person. Dogstival is the ideal partner – an event with an independent spirit, appetite for quality, gorgeous location and whole-hearted commitment to four-legged fun – very much worth getting out of bed for.

“With our key activations we hope to add to the fun factor for Dogstival-goers. So many of our customers comment that their dogs look so comfy in their Charley Chau’s that they wish we made human dog beds – here’s a first chance to experience a human size Charley Chau.”

Dogstival organiser Richard Nowell added: “As long-time admirers of Charley Chau, we’re delighted to have such an award-winning brand joining us for Dogstival this year. After seemingly endless months of eat, dog walk, sleep, repeat, our freedom is in sniffing distance and Dogstival 2021 is most definitely a deserved celebration for furry friends.

“After their action-packed day with us at Burley Park, what better place could a dog catch up on their rest than in the comfort of a Charley Chau bed.”
