Dog food manufacturer Skinner’s is celebrating 50 years of business by expanding its ‘Field and Trial’ range to also include wet food and treats.

The new wet food range can be used as a topper to its current dry food range or can be given to pets as a complete diet.

The product is made up of over 60% meat to provide “much needed protein and contains root vegetables such as potato and carrot to provide a good source of fibre, which helps to meet an array of dogs’ different dietary needs”.

The treat packaging is also 100% recyclable, plastic free and compostable. Skinner’s has refreshed the packaging by teaming up with artist Angela Harding – whose countryside illustrations have appeared on BBC Countryfile.

Skinner’s is one the oldest dog food brands in the UK. Currently, it operates from an extrusion plant in Stradbroke, Suffolk.
