A Somerset pet shop was shocked when celebrity, Nicholas Cage, entered their store earlier this week.
The movie star, famous for acting in films such as Face/Off (1997), Con Air (1997) and National Treasure (2004), amongst others, made an impromptu visit to Not Just Pets.
Cage posed for a picture with staff who later posted to Facebook to say “We had a very special customer in the shop today but he was Gone in 60 Seconds 😉 ”
Local residents commented on the post with their dismay at just missing the star.
Sara Butler-Bartholomew posted: “Jamie missed him by ten minutes! I can’t believe it I love this man.
Alicia Emily Mortimer said: “Gutted to have not met him…an all time fave actor of mine.”
