Chien Blue finds dog friendly holidays for those planning to staycation

A new survey has discovered that nearly two thirds of Britons plan to staycation in the UK this yearwith approximately £39 million being spent by people wanting to holiday with their dog.

Canine travel specialist Chien Bleu has identified a demand for quality doggie ‘staycations’ and they’re on-hand to offer this year’s increased demanda personal service to ensure dogs and owners find the right holiday accommodation for them.

Over a third of British pet owners already take their pets away with them on holiday rather than leave them behind as boarding kennels can be expensive. Chien Bleu has found a niche in the holiday market for a specialist canine travel service that capitalises on the ‘hound pound’, the money generated by the owners of Britain’s eight million dogs.

Chien Bleu cherry-picks only the finest accommodation that it considers to be truly dog-friendly to list on its website, with only those that positively welcome dogs, rather than just tolerate them, being included.
