Luxury pet treat manufacturer The Innocent Pet has expanded its team with the appointment of sales executive Ben Ragg.

In his new role, Ragg will oversee the sales and account management for stockists of the Innocent brand.

Managing Director Chloe Heaton said: “As demand for our products continues to grow, the addition of Ben to our team enables us to offer our specialist trade customers dedicated and tailored support.”

Ragg noted that his Working Cocker Spaniel, Eddy, “helped him to understand both sides of the pet industry; from a company perspective and also as a dog owner himself”.

He added: “I’m excited to be joining a business that’s making big steps in the pet world. I really believe in what we choose to feed our pets matters, and Eddy has definitely enjoyed me being part of a new team that makes treats as good as these! Venison sausages are the winner in our house.”
