The Innocent Pet has launched “The Great Christmas Bake-Off”, its new range of dog treats ahead of the festive season.

The Yorkshire-based luxury pet food manufacturer, known for its ‘Birthday Cake Mix’, has created two new dog products; including a grain-free DIY Christmas Cake Mix made with British turkey.

Innocent’s other product is the Christmas Treat Collection which contains two packs of festive flavoured treats; venison & apple slices with turkey & cranberry triangles

Chloe Heaton, founder of The Innocent Pet, said: “Christmas might be a little different this year, so it’s important that we’re able to show those closest to us how much we care for them – and that includes our hounds.

“By bringing back our popular Christmas Cake Mix, it’s a gift that offers something for everyone. Adults and children can get involved together by baking the mix for their much-loved pets and adding their own tasty decoration.”

Charlotte Wright, the company’s marketing executive, said “We usually add Christmas products onto the website in mid-October but customers have been searching the website for our festive treats since the beginning of September.

“Our Christmas range has been live for the last three weeks and we’ve already seen a spike in Christmas purchases.”
