Pet Teezer, the latest dog brush range launched by Tangle Teezer, has announced it is hosting a masterclass for pet owners to celebrate the launch of its new range.
The virtual masterclass is set to take place on 19 August, and will coincide with World Photography Day. In light of this, the event will also host a pet photography class for owners to participate in.
The upcoming masterclass is set to include videos from experts in the grooming and pet field, providing tips and advice for a “happy, healthy and fun life together from puppyhood and up”.
To join, participants will be asked to connect through the brand’s Instagram page between 6pm and 7pm.
Speakers will include Shaun Pulfrey, the founder of Tangle Teezer, who will give viewers an insight into the brand’s “three-year passion project” of research and testing to create its latest dog grooming tools.
Celebrity dog groomer and grooming expert, Daniela Forshaw, will also explain the importance of grooming your dogs, for both appearance and wellbeing, while Ursula Daphne Aitchison, founder of Photography, will provide insight on how to best photograph your dog through your smartphone.
Vet in the City’s Dr Ciara Clarke will educate owners on topics such as diet and weight, sun and heat safety, pesky parasites and separation anxiety for lockdown puppies, while influencer Lauren Pope will give “insight into her life as a dog mum”, and advice to new dog owners.
The latest Pet Teezer range includes the detangling brush and de-shedding and grooming brush, which come in standard and small sizes, as well as the latest puppy brush.
Designed to detangle or de-shed a puppy’s coat, the puppy brush is the “perfect introduction to grooming”. It features soft-flex teeth and a two-tiered teeth detangle which brushes away skin flakes and encourages oil glands to develop without brush burns or irritation.
