Organisations that are part of the government initiative play a leading role in changing attitudes towards disabled workers.
The schemes aims are to challenge attitudes towards disability, increase understanding of disability, remove barriers to those with long-term health conditions and disabilities, ensure that they support people with disabilities, and helping them to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.
