Yorkshire-based country clothing company Rydale has launched its first range of dog harnesses, adding to its existing pet offering of coats, collars and leads.
The tweed harnesses come in four “country-inspired” colour combinations and are finished with antique brass hardware.
Designed by Rydale’s in-house team, the brand said they aim to merge “trendy rural style” with functional and durable attributes fit for the realities of countryside walking, “from muddy paths to sudden lunges”.
Each features adjustable straps and a breathable lining, which the business said targets comfort and customisation for each individual pet.
It added that the products’ two side-release buckles make them easy to put on, while a strong handle on the back and two lead attachment points gives owners firm control in busier areas.
To promote visibility during nighttime outings, the harnesses feature reflective piping.
The harnesses are now available to customers directly on the company’s website.
Carys Lawson, social media specialist at Rydale, said: “With so much positive response to our teaser content, we knew this was a launch our customers had been waiting for. We wanted to create a harness that feels authentic to the Rydale brand while combining practical features with the country-inspired style our customers know and love.”
