DotDotPet’s shampoo range has been awarded as highly commended in the Best Grooming Product category at the Your Dog Awards 2026, which are decided by votes from pet owners.

The company said feedback from owners highlighted “calmer bath times, softer coats and more relaxed behaviour in dogs using the products”.

The shampoo range is based on what the company describes as its fragrance standard, which focuses on scent formulation for dogs.

The products were developed with input from veterinary professionals, perfumers and behaviour specialists, with the aim of reducing nasal irritation and sensory overstimulation.

The formulations use low-irritation ingredients and include odour neutralisation technology designed to address smells at a molecular level.

The shampoos also contain prebiotic conditioning ingredients intended to support skin health.

The products are hypoallergenic, pH balanced and suitable for dogs with sensitive skin. Packaging includes no-drip bottles designed for ease of use.

DotDotPet sells its products through independent retailers and does not have grocery listings. The company said a portion of each sale is donated to the Battersea charity.

Harry Chapman, founder of DotDotPet, said: “This award matters because it comes directly from pet owners. It confirms that respectful, low irritation fragrance design improves everyday care for dogs, and that is what we set out to achieve.”
