The Muzzle Movement has launched a new custom-fit muzzle designed for dogs with short, wide heads and smaller proportions.
The new model, named Size Pippa, is the smallest in the company’s Short and Wide Fit collection.
It was developed in response to customer demand, with more than 900 people signing up for updates ahead of its release.
According to the UK-based brand, Size Pippa offers a “safer” and more “comfortable” option for breeds that are typically difficult to fit, such as Staffordshire bull terriers, small chow chows, pocket bullys, small shar peis and some pitbull-type dogs.
Key features include a short muzzle length, contoured design for undershot jaws, smooth internal edges, and a flat head strap to reduce visual obstruction. It also allows dogs to pant and move their heads naturally.
Customers can choose custom colours for the basket, straps and hardware. A full measuring guide and personalised sizing support are available on the company’s website.
The Muzzle Movement, which hand-makes its products to order, has more than 70 years’ combined experience in dog rescue, training and behaviour.
The Muzzle Movement confirmed Pre-orders are now open, with shipping set to begin on 8 December 2025 with orders fulfilled in the order they are received.
