Omni secures B Corp status
The business expects to reach a turnover of £10m in 2025 following a 130% surge in sales over the past six months

Vet-founded brand Omni has secured B Corporation (B Corp) certification, embedding ethical practices across its operations.
Environmental efforts include using recycled packaging, tracking emissions, and sourcing UK-based manufacturing to minimise transportation.
It also supports charities through donations and fundraising, with additional activities such as tree planting and beach clean-ups.
The London-based business, which targets allergy-prone pets and challenges meat-heavy diets with plant-based alternatives, also stated that its employees are offered full health and dental care, wellness allowances, and access to certified training.
Omni reports more than 90% staff satisfaction and provides 25 days of paid holiday as standard.
The business expects to reach a turnover of £10m in 2025 following a 130% surge in sales over the past six months.
Omni has doubled in size since appearing on BBC One’s Dragons’ Den earlier this year and now holds top rankings on Amazon, including second place for its stress and anxiety supplement and fourth for its anal gland product.
The brand attracted investment from Dragons’ Den panellists Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett.
Shiv Shivakumar, co-founder, said: “Becoming a B Corp requires a deep, rigorous review of every part of your business. As an early-stage company, we saw this as a valuable opportunity to embed strong governance and ethical practices from day one.”
Meaden added: “Omni achieving B Corp Certification just confirms all the reasons I chose to invest. It’s great to see a brand helping pets thrive whilst also setting a new high bar for environmental sustainability.”
Bartlett concluded: “They’ve proven that it’s possible to grow fast, stay mission-driven, and raise the bar on sustainability, all at once. That’s exactly why I chose to back them.”
