Paleo Ridge launches new website

Raw dog food supplier Paleo Ridge has launched a new website aimed at “improving user experience and boosting order efficiency”.

The revamped site, which went live on 1 July, was built on the Shopify platform. It introduces improved subscription management, enhanced product filters and detailed ingredient breakdowns for each product.

As part of the transition, ordering was temporarily unavailable on 1 July, with normal service expected to resume on 2 July.

Following the launch of its new website, the brand also relaunched its bundle offering with new features aimed at improving “flexibility and value” for customers.

Previously known as hampers, the upgraded bundles now include free shipping across the entire order, allowing customers to add other items to their basket without incurring delivery costs.

The bundles can be personalised to suit individual dogs, with users able to adjust product quantities to favour preferred proteins or create variety. 

Customers can also place bundles on subscription, gaining access to automatic deliveries, free shipping and a 5% discount.
