Mutneys celebrates 30th anniversary

Mutneys Professional Pet Care has celebrated its 30th anniversary having been founded in 1995 by Stephanie Roberts and Jamie Roberts.

The company started because Jamie Roberts’ mother, Sue, an experienced dog groomer and educator in 1995, wanted to have higher quality dog grooming products.

Jamie and Stephanie then began manufacturing dog grooming products such as shampoos, brushes, combs and later tables, baths, blasters etc when Sue couldn’t find any products that she believed were up to standard.

Now 30 years later, the Roberts’ are still at the heart of the business, attending dog grooming shows along with their eight members of staff.

Mutneys is a manufacturer and supplier of professional dog grooming equipment based in Market Drayton, Shropshire.

Last year, Mutneys became a stockist of For All DogKind’s ethical dog grooming products.
Using essential oils and extracts, For All DogKind provides natural dog shampoos, scents and treatments for all skin and coat types that can be used as often as required.

For All DogKind was established by Laura Redstone and her two sisters, its first products were launched at the PATS show in 2016 and were awarded Best Grooming Products.
