Ceva Animal Health has unveiled a new pet grooming product range, Douxo Skin and Coat Spa.

According to Ceva, over 50% of pet owners consider their pets as integral family members  akin to children, driving a significant shift toward investment in premium products that safeguard their well-being.

As a result, the Douxo Spa range offers a comprehensive selection of shampoos, wipes and ear care products tailored for cats and dogs of every breed and age, crafted to minimise shedding, hydrate skin, alleviate itching, and more.

Complementing these are conditioners, mousses, and detangling sprays. The products’ formulas are made of 97% natural ingredients selected for their “proven” safety and efficacy on skin health.

Ceva stated that the entire range ensures “maximum gentleness to  a pet’s skin to preserve all its natural protections  and defend its delicate skin barrier, avoiding any  ingredients likely to cause irritation, dryness, or even allergies”.

Marc Prikazsky, CEO of Ceva Animal Health, said:  “We are thrilled with the new product and extremely proud of our dedicated Douxo Spa team. Our expert formulas reflect Ceva’s fundamental belief that enhancing the human-animal bond  creates measurable improvements in quality of life, benefiting both pets and their owners while contributing to our broader One Health mission.

“We believe the Douxo Spa range is the next  evolution of scientifically-backed, safer grooming  products, and we will continue to develop  consumer products prioritising pet comfort and  well-being”.
