The Nutriment Company (TNC) has announced the acquisition of UK raw pet food brand Bulmer Pet Foods, following a strong Q1.

This marks the group’s fifth acquisition in 2025.

With Bulmer Pet Foods, TNC is bringing a team with over two decades of expertise, having built a reputation for offering natural raw pet food at an “affordable price”.

According to TNC, the acquisition marks another key step in the group’s mission to deliver natural raw pet food to more consumers across the continent.

Prior to Bulmer, TNC acquired Your Pet Nutrition, Dog’s Butcher, BAF Petfood and Puromenu.

The Nutriment Company said: “This move strengthens our position in the UK, expands our capabilities, and – most importantly – brings more incredible people into our journey.

“The team at Bulmer Pet Foods will now operate with the added support of our extensive network, expertise and resources – and we’re unlocking entirely new opportunities for growth and success. We’re proud of what we’ve built so far, and even more excited about what lies ahead.”
