Pets Choice appoints new veterinary business unit controller

It owns brands such as Webbox, TastyBone and Meatiful and is now looking to break into the veterinary sector

Pets Choice has appointed Gareth Carr to head up its newly created veterinary division.

Carr has worked in the animal health industry for 12 years, previously working as a commercial manager for Chanelle Parma.

He has also worked as an area sales manager for VetPlus between 2011 and 2013.

Pets Choice produces pet treats and pet food and supplies grocery independent and pet stores in the UK and abroad.

It owns brands such as Webbox, TastyBone and Meatiful and is now looking to break into the veterinary sector.

Carr said: “I am looking forward to drawing upon Pets Choice’s many years of experience as a trusted supplier to the retail and grocery channels. Our vision is to develop a range of innovative and efficacious products, to help empower Veterinary health professionals, so pets can enjoy happy and healthy lives for longer.”
