The Kennelgate Pet Superstore in Nottinghamshire was targeted by three masked robbers on 4 January.
The incident happened at around 7.30pm and two members of staff were forced into an office and ordered to open a safe by the men. A customer who walked in during the robbery was also forced into the office.
They were all told to lie down, before the men ran off with cash from the store.
Police say that no weapons were seen and no one was hurt and are urging anyone with information to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
